Participants will go through practical assignments with guidance from the course instructor. Some of the topics addressed will be:
o   Adding and maintaining groups in the hierarchy
o   Adding and maintaining groups in it's learning
o   Delegating administration responsibility to other it's learning users
o   Organising the hierarchy/intranet
o   Organising newsgroups
o   Maintaining email groups
o   Maintaining the global settings of the organisation
